Not to say this is necessarily bad, but, I have seen so many get lost in the world of digital marketing just by taking advice from people like Hiten Shah, and reading blogs like KISSMetrics. IMHO, I learnt a lot more in one day from BHW than what from KISSMetrics by going through their shitty advice. They talk about unrealistic, high expense based strategies that no sane startup/small company can take. But when you look at the profiles of people behind such blogs, they are following over 175k users on internet. Nothing too eye opening here, but for those who are starting out in the world of IM, KISSMetrics isn't the best thing out there. Honestly, this is just an opinion and I would like to know if others feel the same way. I mean, Hiten Shah himself follows over 175k people, what sane advice can someone take from him when it comes to his so called "white hat social marketing tips" other than the first movers advantage?
