Its not a big deal... Just make sure each site has its own host (id look for 1$ hosting deals)

    1. Get a new host everytime you have a new network.

    2. Even if you change your email address that you used to sign up with the host there might be a chance that the site is hosted on the same server.

    Your hosting email doesn't matter!

    - Use different themes (Free ones are fine)
    - Use different CMS (if possible) such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
    - Use different hosting providers
    - Don't interlink your sites
    - Post some articles without links
    - Post some articles with links to authority sites such as wikipedia, cnn, etc.

Mate, I would suggest you go for 3 different hosting companies for those 3 domains. You can use the same Email ID for each of them its not an issue...

Don't change your email as Google has no access to the email records of the company you purchased the domains from. What is most important is hosting each domain on a separate class c IP, and you can do that by using an SEO host or buying cheap $1 hosting accounts.

Make your whois private or if do not use private whois, try to change your name and email within whois information so none of them are the same..

You can keep one email id for all site, no need to use different email id for different blog, just use one hosting for one site.

Follow the steps above and you should be fine.
Also, never ever sell links to others because that will reveal your network. You never know.
