If you go to the GSA website there is a video you can watch that explains what it does, also youtube has plenty of information. In other words, don't expect to be spoon fed, find the answers to your questions yourself. the faster you can become independent the better.

There are many video tutorials around the web, just do some searches on Google and Youtube.

Very good bit of software. if you look on the GSA site, and/or on youtube you will find lots of great tutorials for it.
