What I understand from what I see is that you are buying for impressions, means people will just see the ad somewhere on facebook, but even if they don't click it you still pay. I advice you to go with the pay per click methode, you pay for clicks not for impressions (n) .

THe problem is with the facebook ads
1- cancell the compaigns you started
2- open a new compaign with you shopify link to product
    3- add countries you want
4- use pay per click (I don't know how much you are going to pay but I think it will be cheap). Never buy impressions to your ads. only buy clicks
    5- wait for conversions,
    6- Hope that helps

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

Ya - I agree, I'd move away from paying for impressions and move it to clicks/conversions. You can edit these settings under Budget & Schedule>Delivery Optimization.

There's a post posted today where you can get a free Lynda.com account, I've seen a Facebook Advertising tutorial on there. Grab it and start learning all the needed techniques and then study your targeted group. When you do that, you will start earning money the proper way.

Otherwise you spent only a few $$

Try to spend some more and see what happens.

Only 7 clicks to store, Ive spent $100's in past with no sales, get at least 100 visitors and see if you have sales, leads, emails! All the best

Yes you do something wrong. You spent 5.70$ and expect sales. Do you really think you will be able to bank with that amount? This is not even enough money to get some relevant data. Many people spend hundreds before making the first sale, even most professionals don't see results that quick. I usually run PPE campaigns for 3-5 days spending 5 or 10$ a day, after this I have some data on what might work. Then I continue with link clicks or conversions. But expecting a sale after 5.70$ is just unrealistic.

Plus, we can't tell since we know nothing about your store itself.

Never buy impressions? Thats the worst advice ever, because for conversion ads you can ONLY pay per 1,000 impressions and they usually convert WAY better than link clicks after FB sorts it out.

@OP: I recommend you watch my video about PPE / Link Clicks / Conversions on YouTube. Good luck!

Like SplatterFox said, you need way more data.

You're going to need to spend a good amount of money to identify profitable segments of your market. You're going to want to be tracking age, gender, region, and device type, at least.
