    The building my friend rented offices in was home to 2 large companies. One had this huge server room. Both companies closed down/moved at least 2 years ago..room has been empty since.

    It is sad.. place could be making us some monie$

    Than realize the market is so saturated with them that you just lost a huge investment let alone the monthly costs associated with them and the technical knowledge you need to keep them competitive.

    hosting biz is hard, but you can specialize like spamahost guys
