    Good evening my Black hat beauties!

    I'll get straight to the point my uncle has been trying to sell his holiday home for some time but going about it in an extremely half arsed way. Either way after a conversation about it the estate agent he was using planned to take 20%

    I'm sure you've guessed it by now but I can take the same cut if I can get a buyer for the house. (Asking price is about £600k)

    The question I have is;

    Would/could I get in any sort of trouble for a mass listing on Craig's list?
    I've never really used it as all my IM'ing experience is in niche sites and auto blogs

    Other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    Regardless of you're going to get into trouble or not. It's doubtfull somebody is going to be looking for a 600K house on craigslist. You may want to rethink your strategy.

    well, i know in the u.s. if you contract a real estate agent, no matter who sells the house the agent is still entitled to the commission. so did he sign with them? because if he did you won't be getting paid even if you're the one that sold it.
