Maybe something a little more offline would be a good start for her. Maybe something like paypercall where she could market offline, that would probably be a little easier for someone who doesn't have much IM experience.
 
I would go with the mini sites adsense idea...
If she is good with content.
 
have her get some forum posting, blog commenting jobs here instead of porn reviews. its small amount but definitely she will learn
 
Does she want a long term job?
If so, tell her to create a website about a specified niche, write some content there and later monetize it.
If not, then she might try Clickbank (selling eBooks), Associated Content (writing articles), Social Networking (working with Facebook pages, or Twitter).
 
She should build a website about something she like(a fashion blog for example) because she will probably get bored instead.
