A Way To Accept Prepaid Cards From Customers?

I have a business where i get paid by Prepaid Cards by the clients. I need a way to accept it without giving out my big margins out of my sale amount.
Right now, i am paying 15% to a guy who let me charge through his Merchant gateway.
The best thing is, these don't have a Charge-Back issue plus the guy pays me everyday 85% of what i charge through his gateway.

Any solution i can charge them myself and save money ?

My first thought is to get a Merchant account.

You have a 15% processing fee for your payment processor? That's awful. It's to my understanding you can use prepaid cards for any payment processor (as they act as normal debit cards) and the standard processing fee is under 3%.

That's what i am trying to find, but i don't need a regular Merchant Account but a Payment Processor where i can charge the Prepaid cards.

Yes, that's actually a 3rd party i am doing right now, but i am helpless due to non-availability of options. Looking for a long-term solution.

If that's the case and if the prepaid cards are Visa or Mastercard, then any merchant account would do the job that accepts those 2 brands and all of them do.

I can't apply for a merchant account myself. Reason being: I am from India and i am an individual, not a company. Plus i need a way to sell off Prepaid cards online. Someone told me i can sell them online and get paid via Paypal same time
