A "thread starter" ribbon would be nice...

A lot of threads here have shit ton of replies, so it would nice to know just who the heck the OP is without forcing us to go back to page one. Plus a lot of users here use the same old avatars, so it's hard to differentiate sometimes who made a thread often times.
