I got a domain here with all the links pointing to: "ca.website.com".

When I re-host this site, how can I set it up at "ca.website.com" to retain all the links?

What exactly are you asking? Domain A points to ca.website.com? So what do you mean by re-host? Change hosts? Nothing will change by changing hosts?

I have an expired domain that I have hand regged.

Typically most sites will have all the backlinks pointing to (domain.com or www.domain.com)

For this site however, all the backlinks are pointing a previous subdomain that it had (prefix.domain.com)

How can I set the site up so the homepage is a subdomain (prefix.domain.com) so I can get alll dat juice

If you have a backup of the site you'd like the links to point to. Or are you planning on creating it from scratch?
