Is it better to have individual hosting for each site that you build or can you use the same hosting with multiple folders with different domains added to it.

the second option is doable, but not if you're going to link one domain to another as google will know you link to your own domains

I have 2 adsense sites on the same hosting. They aren't linked at all and I don't do any BH stuff to them and they've been doing fine.

And they are two entirely different sites I assume, right?

You can use any number of sites per hosting, I had used around 50 sites on my hosting

Better to use multiple hosting account with cheap rates, By this you will get different IP and avoid any Network Penalty.

My view is this: You can use multiple adsense site on one host and get away with it. However i have a gut feeling that if one site gets penalised, other associated sites may get penalised. So Google penalises one site and says "hey this site on the same hosting has the same adsense code - it might be dodgy too so lets penalise it"

Evidence from my own sites would seem to suggest this may be true.

I have one network that has 25 sites. All of them are hosted by the same shared account and have no problems with the AdSense. They are not auto blogs or poorly spun content and maybe that is where you get flagged. I have only had a warning when I had pages that had no content and maybe only a picture and an ad. Trust me, you will not earn enough off of Adsense alone to make it worth your while. You should try and sell products and affiliate offers to offset Google's joke payments.

Ok thanks guys, your help is appreciated. I am new to doing it on websites, I had done it on blogs by making multiple blogs but I got a suspension from google saying something like "we have disabled your account because your pages are interfering with our adwords", this was a couple years ago like 2008 I think. Not sure what that meant.
