Hey guys,

Recently, I saw a thread in BHW about getting paid when people install the yahoo toolbar. I first tried the method with the Yahoo toolbar and it didn't convert really well as such. I tried it with Zango and CPALead too but I earned only around $15-$20 a day and I put in around 5-6 hours of effort.

I think I've finally found a goldmine. It is so simple that I was left wondering why I never thought of it before..... CPA offers.

I just picked out a random toolbar offer from NeverBlue Ads (highly recommended) and yesterday with just 1 hour of work, I earned $26 :)

I know that's not much for those of you who do this day-in day-out but I was pretty thrilled because $26/hour is a decent enough time/profit ratio.

So, my question is what methods can I use to promote my site?

Right now, I'm just posting reviews on Sidereel (a copy-paste from an authority movie review site) and in the end I put in a link saying " Download <insert movie's name here> FREE at <my website's URL>

I've found the link section in Sidereel pretty useless as it just gets flagged in 2-3 hours.

So, anyone know any other methods to drive traffic to this site?

Cheers

PS: Till now, I'm getting a Conversion rate of 16.5 %

I can see some 'first-time-downloaders' coming from Craigslist, who might be very naive and crunch out a decent conversion rate.

I'm currently trying to get accepted into NeverBlue, and I am about to call them to speed up the process. :P

I've got 0 conversions from 100 clicks using yah00 toolbar :(

I posted on yah00 answers and s1dereel. The people would get to my site where it would ask them to install a toolbar before downloading a video. Then I would redirect them to my affiliate link for yahoo toolbar.

Maybe I should try a different offer...

Definitely. Yahoo pays only for US installs on IE. More than 30% of the people who use Yahoo answers (thus spend more time at the computer) have Firefox, and a lot of them might be outside the USA. Heck, some of them might have their Y toolbar already installed, as they use Yahoo, and for example when they install the messenger, the toolbar automatically installs itself.

Try a US non computer savy niche for Y, or find another offer to promote.

PremiumSource, I PMed you my site as you asked, could you get back to me with your suggestions?

anyone post a link to that thread been searching for a while can't seem to find it,
Thanks In advance!!
