I'm really curious as to how and/or why some marketers here aren't concerned with having their black hat activities tracked. With so much that Facebook, Google, and even our own ISPs are tracking (not even going to get into what the NSA is doing), how in the world do you guys feel comfortable enough to do the things that you do??

Probably the ones that are doing the hardcore stuff know how to hide their tracks, the rest are just doing moderate stuff that doesn't really matter. And if you're going down the paranoid road, where do you stop? :)

first of all blackhat doesn't necessarily mean doing illegal things, just bending the rules a bit without violating laws, maybe violating the TOS of different sites at most
if you stay with us for a while, you'll realize that we aren't criminals here, it's not a hacking forum, moreover hacking talk is not even allowed here, the motto of the ffoum "the home of internet marketing" sums it up pretty well what we do here

to answer your question, we aren't doing illegal things here, at least the vast majority of us don't for sure and those who do, know better, they don't use their personal accs etc., so thete's no need to worry about anything
another thing which comes to mind is the different location of the users, we're from all over the world, there are still countries with no to very little internet laws, one thing is illegal in the US, but it's not somewhere else, so you can still do it there with no fucks given
