A question about reddit and plugrush

Im using reddit to drive traffic to my adult site, im using plugrush popups in my site, but most of reddit users use adblock so they dont see the popups, however there is an option in plugrush to bypass adblock, does anybody here have used this option in plugrush and tell me if it is a good or bad choice?

It works actually, but isn't 100% accurate. I highly recommend you to disable popups to Reddit users since they can get annoyed and shadow ban your domain.
