Hello BHW! This is my first thread here.
I finally decided it was time to take some action and stop clicking the back button.

This is also my first attempt at IM, and I've decided to start out with clickbank.

I found a niche with very little competition, and a keyword with 14.8K searches / month.

I've bought a domain and hosting, so that part is taken care of.

The site I'm using to promote the clickbank product is the keyword as a subdomain to my very generic domain name.

I analysed the competition with Market Samurai:
    PHP:
    bit.ly hgubKU  <-- remove spaces
#3 and #9 are both keyword domains, but not the exact one I'm targeting.

Do I stand a chance against them, seeing as my domain has nothing to do
with the keyword, but my subdomain is the exact keyword?

I'm pretty sure #3 is a blackhatter, from looking at his backlinks they seem
to be spam comments on various sites.

Judging from the picture I provided, is this an unreasonable goal for my first try at ranking a web page?

I have 75$ as my budget, what should I spend it on?

I see that members here are offering very promising looking backlinking services.
I'm considering that or scrapebox, which to me looks like an enormous time saver.

Or should I spend my money on something else?

Thanks for reading, general tips / hints and criticism greatly appreciated.

Edit: forgot to say that I also have 10 000 Captcha solves from decaptcher waiting for me.

Needless to say that scrapebox is the "swiss knife" in back-links building.

In your scenario I would just go ahead and buy a Drip Feed Blast and that should take care of your site thats if you dont want to buy scrapebox.

Oh and you can get a better deal here than if you go to DripFeedBlast.com .

I don't think #3 blackhatter 162 backlink is very low i think and haven't got DMOZ listing. You can easily ranked to 3rd but i don't know about google page. Maybe difficult but it has 45 backlink to page I'm not sure but with hardworking you can ranked number 1. You can consider buying scrapebox. With a good auto approve list you can easily ranked #1. And services offered here is good but you said little competition so you can do yourself manually maybe. (Bookmarking, geting edu gov links, some profile links and some web 2.0 links) But the choiche is yours when you stuck somewhere search and read the forum or ask here. The forum is very helpfull for improving yourself.

Take care, I hope you'll be succesfull.

You should buy maybe a small scarpebox blast and probably profile link package then write some articles on some article directories this stuff can be done with 75 dollar budget or less and maybe by some traffic from a provider here:) good luck cheers

Before you do anything - check that your google external keyword tool is set to "EXACT MATCH" - otherwise you may be a bit upset.

If you already did this - then good on you and good luck with it.

I can't tell you much without researching the backlinks of your competitors but if #3 ranked with comments on blogs then the keyword is not hard to rank for. Still not sure if your budget will be enough for the job though.

Yeah, I'm sure they love themselves enough to keep it at the top lol

Haven't heard of that, I'll look into it!

Now that I've looked a bit closer, I think he's manually commenting.
    Thanks!

Yep, it's on exact match, thanks ;)

    IMO, you can.

Knowing that an ezine article is ranking for your keyword makes it possible for you to even outrank it.

its basically many xrumer blasts done daily, instead of doing a big blast with xrumer once. Do it daily so you add links slowly, its better to do it for a couple of weeks to a month than doing all at once. It reduces sandboxing and google dance.

I see. I'm leaning towards buying scrapebox. I've heard so much good about it. And besides, if I buy a link building service for my site and it doesn't work out well I've spent money on nothing.
If I buy scrapebox and it doesn't work out well, I can still use it for future projects.
