A paypal issue!

Hello
I'm new to this forum and m interested on the site contents .
I have a serious problem in my paypal .
I have created a paypal threw my uncle because paypal isn't available in the country where I live.
I created the paypal with my uncle real information no thing fake .
Then I connected the paypal to my uncle bank account and credit card .
They asked me to confirm it , they funded my uncle account with 2 small funds , and my uncle gave me the amounts and I did confirmed it , and the paypal worked but now I have a limit problem they asked for ID proof and address proof and I uploaded the required documents which they are :- DNI back n front , driver liecense , gas bill , creadit card photo back n front , bank card photo back n front .
They didn't accept the gas bill and the driver liecense because the driver liesence should be issued in the last 6 months to be address proof? , and the gas bill was signed with my uncle's wife While his wife name signed in back side of DNI ?? . They needed another proof with the name of my uncle , anyway I uploaded broadband bill yesterday but I think it's weekend so they might confirm tomorrow or after tomorrow ? , my question is they also asking me for CC statement and bank account statement does all those steps I did isn't enough to lift limit ? , if I asked my uncle to call them they won't bother me again ? It's not problem to ask my uncle for more documents but that's annoying I can't just keep asking him more n more .... Anyway i'd apperciated any reply .

Your best bet would be to Call paypal and talk to their representative about your issue. Introduce yourself as your Uncle.

You can download skype and make a FREE call to their helpline no. 1-888-221-1161
and clarify them about license and gas bill.

I will call them hopefully they don't talk to me in spanish since the paypal account made in madrid and with spanish details :P

You're giving them way too much credit. All you'll get from their CS is (broken) English :P
 
Thanks bryanon, anyway they didn't answer my call .
But yeh I have question.
Paypal can close any account if it opened by other party "with" the account owner permission ? , like i share my pp account with a friend of me or a relative do I have a chance to be closed ?

yep something else that you can do if you are planning on selling a good amount online is go ahead and change the account to business.

you will have to upload some business docs but once all this is done your good to go unless you start getting a lot of charge backs.

I got you but you know programming services online , doesn't require docs , n sometimes people try to fool you as they want the money an their application so when we complete the deal they try to do a REFUND !, I think this is an issue all online sellers face it , I think paypal shouldn't care about chargebacks because it's not a good point to proof if the bussinese is fake or scamming people .
Anyway 10-14 days back my paypal asked me for some docs as proof for Id , address .
I uploaded DNI , Driver lisence , Gas bill . And went off for a week I had to go to hospital to do a surgery , when I came back I found a message telling me they can't accept gas bill because it's not signed with the owner name " the house belong to my uncle wife " and they can see her name in the DNI I uploaded , and other message says they are taking steps to close my account ??! No reason mentioned , but I didn't Care about the last message and I uploaded another proof which is broadband bill .
And I uploaded photo's of my uncle credit card and bank account card .
So total docs and proofs uploaded :- DNI,DL,Gasbill,broadband bill, cc n bank account cards . and i verified my cc before they funded me with two different amounts and I did confirmed it !!
The requested docs are :- Id proof , address proof , cc statement , bank account statement .
What you guys advicing me to do ?
Upload the cc n bank accounts statements ? Or eventhough I did that they will still close my account ?
Close the account and open new one ?.
Let my uncle Call them they will care and will resolve my issue or they will ignore it ?
What was the reason that had them to do such steps ?

If you have a business account you can add users to it. Not sure exactly what the limitations are as other than giving out a second debit card I have not added anyone to mine but I do know that option to give limited access is there.

You need to get your uncle to call them and then upload anything they ask for. While it seems like a lot to go through, you want the account and they really do not care all that much if you get it or not.

Chances are you did something that tripped a trigger and made them suspicious and now they are asking for a lot of stuff. If you want the account give it to them, if not then well no paypal account for you. You really have no choice, get your uncle to talk to them and do what they want or you do not get the account.

Are they saying that there is nothing you can do or are they wanting you to do something?

I have had a paypal account for quite awhile and the few times I have to talk to somebody they told be exactly what steps to follow to fix the problem. The problem you are having is not being able to directly deal with them because you are trying to get the account through your uncle. My guess is information is not getting handled correctly because of that.

You uncle needs to call them again and get very specific answers so there is not question about what your options are.

The first question- Is it too late to get them the information and get the account opened.

If it is not too late than EXACTLY what do they need and EXACTLY what steps you need to take. The key here is EXACTLY, he needs to write down everything they need and all the steps that need to be taken.
 
Its a tricky situation to deal with paypal when you are getting an account like this. Anyhow good luck !!!
 
You should contact to paypal customer care. Call and they will be happy to help you.
 
I can suggest u to get a low cost VPS to get to your uncles location and access your paypal. Because they tracks IP. You are already having trouble becoz of that...

my uncle will call them again /
i Gave them correct proofs but the problem is i delayed to provide the proofs but i have a reason why i was late because i have had a surgery .
anyway thanks again
i think the problem will be resolved soon, because they accepted all proofs but the account is limited ithink when my uncle call them tomorrow maybe they will lift the limit .

i did good steps forward to reopen my paypal.
My uncle called them today and he explained to them that i am the one who use it.
And he told them that i were sick .
They said no problem we will re-open the paypal just resubmit the documents we asked you before.
Thanks all for your support .
One question do i have to resubmit it via "add button " directly . ?
because i cant see that table which ask you for the documents required .

If it was me I would login to the account with everything ready and then call them and have them walk you right through the process. At this point you want to make sure you get it 100% correct.
