hi.... a new domain bought on sav, taken over and put on sale by sav. i don't use domain after one week ... i contacted sav support, ... they replied: you put up for sale for 0.98usd and sold ... absurd ... I no longer went to my account after purchase ... How is this possible ?.... what can i do ....current page of my domain ... I see: for sale for 5580usd

is this even possible, I guess the support guy did not understand you, get in touch with another support guy and explain your situation clearly or just mail their authorities about this situation, hope you get a solution.

Maybe some support staff is playing with you.

Talk to them in strong voice.

I think there is 60 days or some days lock in period for newly registered domains. Domains can not be transferred or sold. You can find finer details online.

I have my domains there as well. NEVER had any issue till now. SHould change to namecheap then.

Even with a 60 day lock, Sav to Sav transfers are still possible afaik.

There are many incidents against them and no action taken yet. They do it internally if they find good domain names were registered by their users..
 
he doesn't care ..... Domain Name Stolen by Sav.com...now at $10,424.00
