So I'm new around these parts and have compiled a list of tools and what I think they may do.

If anyone else is new it could help you out.. my biggest challenge starting out was figuring out the different options there are for tools. Although it doesn't look like it, hours of reading and research went into this so far. If you have edits or anything to add, feel free.

    Get Page Rank:
    Rank tracker

    Research keywords:
    Traffic Travis
    market Samauri
    Keyword Scout

    To Generate Keywords:
    Wordtracker
    Wordstream
    Keyword Discovery
    Keyword Eye
    Keyword Scout

    Auto Creation:
    decaptcher
    Magic Submitter

Evaluate the price of a site:
    estibot

    Create Backlinks:
    Scrapebox
    Backlinx
    No Hands SEO
    AMR

    Auto Comments / backlinks:
    xrumer

    Create Link Wheels :
    SEnukeX
    Venom Seo Pro

    Wordpress SEO Plugins:
    - All In One
    - SEO Pressor
    - cyberSEO : RSS parser / autoblogger ?
    - WPRobot (like cyberSEO but cyberSEO will let you import posts and do a few other features)
    - Auto Tags
    - Statpress
    - SEO Smart links
    - w3 total Cache
    - XML SiteMaps
    - statpress
    - Link Juice K
    - CBnet Ping Optimizer
    - Easy WP SEO
    - WP Traffic Tools

    Auto Syndication Tool
    -WPSynIT

    Other links:
Squid Proxies -coupon code bhwonly 25% off
    pingfarm
    links2rss

    Other sites:
    Auto Comments
    Xrumer

    Websites:
    blackhatworld
    WarriorForum
    imautomator
    seoclerks
    google/webmasters
    IndexKings

    Copy WP db:
    1. Transfer all WP files from one host to another via FTP
    2. Backup the db:
    shell> mysqldump --opt db_name > backup-file.sql
    3. Extract in on another host:
    shell> mysql -e "source /path-to-backup/backup-file.sql" db_name

A few to add for tools:
    Xrumer, AMR

You should also include a website section. This Forum, Warrior Forum, imautomator, seoclerks, google WMT, IndexKings etc.

There are a ton you could expand one to make this list more complete.

A fool with a tool is still a fool.

You don't need any tool until you find out you need a tool for a certain task.
