A little help with Bittrex

So I created a new account at bittrex.com and completed the basic account verification. However I still see this on settings page:



Does this means I still can't do anything on bittrex? I have read the support page and it says that you can use most of the features on a basic account.

Okay so can you please try do the phone verification also, bittrex has been upping their security lately and i had a similar issue, what i t may be is it says you passed basic but actually did not, i had that happen to a friend. Also bittrex support is amazing so reach out to them by opening an account on tehir support desk if after phone verification you still have issues.

An update:
Well it looks like my account was new and I had just finished my basic verification. After few hours, all the features have become available.

My withdrawal limit also changed from 0 btc to 3 btc.

Looks like it just needed sometime to show the limits or probably just a security feature.. Whatever.. the problem is solved now.
