    Or is it useful?

I have a complete list with all the backlinks of the website of my main competitor. I think I have gold in my hands since my niche is very competitive and also lucrative, but on the other side having just a list isn't making a buck.

Having a list of 70k backlinks sounds impressive, but still I need to manage to build my links on those links, and an x% are paid links (assumption). So what do you think, do I have gold in hands?

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Have a nice day!

Not Gold. You are correct that you need to build those links for that list to do you any good. The first thing I would do is separate the list out by PR and type of link so you know what you are looking at and what tools you will need to get those links. Are most of them blog comments, profiles, blog posts, etc and only then will it do you any good.

Start with the high PR links and work your way down.
