Nice to have a forum like this where the dark matter thrives. I am from Tanzania (in Africa) and would like to let you know that anyone who needs a helping hand from Africa is welcome.
If you got any online stuff that can get you in trouble in your country contact me. Here in Tanzania laws are a bit relaxed, and blackhat stuff can flying right through the radar without raising any alarm.
