A good way to make money?

So I finally think that I have found the method I want to implement as a beginner and I wanted to see what every one thinks about it. It's a very simple, straight-forward method. Basically, Id be selling mobile sites to businesses that don't have responsive websites. It consists of the following steps:

1. You search for businesses that don't have sites that are mobile friendly. You do this using Google's mobile friendly site test.

2. Once you find a business that could use a mobile friendly site. You contact he business owner with the proposition. The selling point is that most people are using Google to find local businesses and that online traffic is becoming majority mobile. In short, they are missing out on a lot of potential customers.

3. Once you have sold the idea to them you get th login to their cpanel and form there you create a subdirectory using a mobile theme. This will display as their mobile site when receiving traffic through mobile devices.

4. Lastly, you write a bit of relevant content, sell it and move on to the next one.

I would charge like 200-300 a pop.

Does anyone find any problems with this? The last thing I want to do is to waste my time due to something i haven't considered; an unknown unknown I would call it.

I think I saw this method sold as an ebook or in a giveaway. It is easy to create a simple website for a shop with all the templates you can find, but it will not that easy to find lots of customers sometimes.

Might want to hire an outreach guy so that you get a steady stream of leads. Expect to convert 10% of the total leads and you should be fine.

It’s a great method, but you will need to convince the businesses. You will get higher conversion rate if you’re able to talk to them on phone.
