a good affiliate program for youtube?

I have been searching around for a good affiliate network to join that will allow traffic from youtube. My main problem is that i dont have a web site so my applications always get shot down. I was wondering if there were any networks out there that are instant approval that i can start working with them imediatly. I was using affiliateer but none of there programs convert very well and they dont have much to choose from. I'm going to be getting all my traffic from youtube looking for something like free email submits or something that will make me some quick cash. I have not really messed around with youtube that much but i have a couple of things going on like cam sites but there not converting at all.... my videos have gotten over 2k hits and not a single sale or free lead.

so if someone can point me in the right direction of a good network to promote or site that converts well I would really appriciate it. I'm looking to do any kind of youtube work really as long as it converts and will make me some kind of money. untill then though ill keep hunting!!

Just go on youtube, and look at the ad that has been viral there about "how will you look old"? Trace the ad, and its from never blue! (Whoever is doing that ad->CPA is doing well!) To apply to never blue, just follow one of the threads that was recently posted here about saying you have a double opt in mailing list.
