I have a stupid friend, he's bound to get stung. He knows nothing about Stealth accounts and he has like a bunch of replicas posted at the same time. Anyhow, he's moving from the East coast to West coast, will live in Tijuana. He wants to know if he can ship his goodies to my house (under his name). Will I be liable for any of these shenanigans? Just curious...

    You're asking an obvious question.

I don't think there's any law forbidding the transfer of imitation goods for personal use, unless the goods are meant to be sold from your premises.

If you're talking about shipping the goods and not buying it on ebay then I dont see anything that will make you get arrested or whatnot. But if he's selling it on ebay, he'll be banned in no time IMO

Yeah, what ^those^ guys said. There is no risk in having replicas shipped to your house - only in redistributing them to angry customers who expected authentic merchandise.

What about one stealth acc per one fake macbook sale, and just dissappear?
By the way, my site ranks for "autotrader Tijuana" somehow, and its totally not auto site or whatever.

Thanks guys, yes, I won't be distributing anything. And he won't be using my home as a return address for his eBay sales. He just wanted to cross the border and pick stuff up at my house since he doesn't want to get post box for himself.
