Okay one question. Will a domain like this
    Code:
    www.onlinecasinotoplist.com
make it into a cpa company ? How can i do it up like what type of content can i put into it so the CPA company will think im a pro at this?

And another question, when you sign up for the company I heard its best to call them first. What do you tell them when you call them up?

I recommend a website since that is how I run CPA offers.

If you call them up first, be sure to tell them your name and that you have submitted an application and calling to speed up the process because you have plans and money waiting to be spent to make more money.

Just don't give away in detail what you will be doing.

Not sure what their tolerance is, but usually for most cases a business type website works wonders.. They mainly just want to know that you know what the fuck your doing.. I don't skimp so I can't comment on where they would possibly draw the line.. :(

It is always advisable to have your own web site for CPA networks. They might approve you on PPC thing also but in that case you will not have many offers to do. Take any professional looking web site (Preferably finance) and that will do the job for you.

    Thanks

Wouldn't the jig be up once you send some traffic their way, make some cash, and they see that none of the referrer traffic is coming from yahoo/gmail/isp mail servers, etc (i.e links in emails)?

Or do you just claim that you're sending the traffic like:
email -> your website -> cpa offer
