    Hey guys,

A few days ago BHW member JVMarket posted a great map/diagram of a possible backlinking scenario.

You can see his post here.

    And the backlink diagram here.

The diagram is a solid guide for building back links.

So, I've decided to use it as a guide by building a blog based entirely on this link structure.

I want to encourage my fellow newbs to follow along and make a site of their own. That way if complications arise we can help each other out.

Given that there are about 32 link points on this diagram we can do one a day and be done the whole thing in a month!

I estimate each link wont take more then 30mins a day.

Im going to do it using entirely free resources(with the exception of hosting+domain) so that the maximum number of people can follow along.

    Day 1 starts tomorrow.

    Bring your keywords/topic.

    DAY 1

Alright guys. Day 1. I havent sleep yet and its 8AM. Going to be an easy day.
Before we can follow a link diagram, you need a site to link to.

    Get hosting and a domain.
    Get your nameservers all setup.

Don't use a free blog site unless its one not on the diagram. Those are link resources and also you will have to stray from the diagram when we get to that part and all parts connected to that part.

Install whatever your gonna use. Wordpress here.
Find a theme that suits your blog topic

Get the site format as you want it.
Ie: remove meta section from sidebar, add some plugin's you like etc.
You will have lots of time to change how things look, just get your basic idea going for now.

    Thats it for today guys.

    Too easy.

    -DAY 2-

    Okay dudes.

On the diagram there is a module that says "autoblog". In the original post JVMarket says that this is not an auto blog pointing to the site but the site itself is actually an auto blog.

But the way I see it is that you can get another link by creating an auto blog and linking it to your site. Its up to you, make your site an auto blog or not.

Your work for today then is:

A)Get auto blog content on your site
B)Make an auto blog and link it to your site
C)Dont do anything because you dont know enough about autoblogs.

Here are some helpful threads about autoblogs.

    See you tomorrow!

    Day 3

    Hey guys,

    Today is all about sitemaps.
You need to add a sitemap to help your page get indexed well by search engines.

The simplist way to add a sitemap (with wordpress) is to download a plug in
    I use :Dagon Sitemap Generator

But there are lots of them out there. Find whatever works for you.

If you dont use wordpress, you can try Google Webmaster Tools

    So, todays work?

    Add a sitemap.

    Easy.

    GL.

Hey guys. Only one post so far who is interested in following this thread. If anyone else is following, let me know because otherwise Im going to drop the thread. It may be a bit too easy even for newbs to do most of this stuff.

Definitely continue, I'm already subscribing to this thread.

Looking to get answers to questions like:
    - how many posts/articles to each node (web 2.0 thing)
    - is it ok to put all the links in one node (to save time/work)
    - can I used the same spinned article in all the nodes
    - can I do them all at the same time
    - what should I do to the nodes after creation? Just ping them and then leave them?

(been in the whitehat business to long, now it's time to try something new, so yes, I guess I'm a true blackhat newbie..)

I stopped working on this thread but I can answer the question.

For your main site you'll want to have at least 4 pages. Your landing page and 3 others. This is because google prefers multi paged sites. For the rest you are using them for backlink juice so it matters less. You can do as little or as much as you like. The advantage to doing more that that site will get a better rank in google.

Dont put all the links in one node. Google keeps track of where links are comming from and going to. If you make it too obvious they will know and you will get slapped.

Best practice is to use different articles, however using the same one isnt the end of the world.

DO NOT DO THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME. It will look unnatural and you will get slapped.

Ping them and then when you have them linking to your main site, directly OR indirectly, come back and send them out on social networks like digg to get some traffic.
