A Cpa network that converts on every offer

Hi bhw, with certain campaigns i really need every offer to convert! Especially for my black hat ones such as micro-workers ect. I am with a ton of networks but was wondering if anyone could recommend me to a network where every submit converts!

Its all about the traffic and how your market the item. Any offer can convert on every lead with the traffic is perfect everytime.

How does one rate traffic? For example as an email marketer all of the referrers are blanked. So how can that be ranked?

All networks shave, just make sure you cover all your bases and not to have high hopes on it. Seeing a "banned" page may cause emotional dysfunction.

It all depends on the traffic lol, If your traffic is amazing quality then you'll get a convert each time.

Mate, microworkers is full of foreign users trying to complete your offer with US (or appropriate) proxies. Even if you run incentive offers, they're never going to all convert. Count yourself lucky if even a few do.
