http://www.alibaba.com/ Great site with hookups for just about any item you can think of. My personal favorite.
http://www.ec21.com/ This site is alot like alibaba. Global suppliers and a lot of suppliers for different items.
http://www.exportbureau.com/ This is full of nothing but legitimate businesses. A lot of them are the manufacturer.
http://www.vendio.com/ecommerce/training This site will train you on how to run a eCommerce business. They offer a service for helping you with the setup and maintenance of the stores. I however never did that. You have plenty of information here on BHW to help with that. And remember that search engines are your best friend for information. I am in no way affiliated with this site. And don't recommend buying their service unless you are just completely lazy. xD
Sorry this isn't a full tutorial, I just wanted to give out a little bit of information since this community has blessed me with way more knowledge than just a few links. I'll try to keep this updated once I find better information and may turn it into a full tutorial.

http://www.dhgate.com/ Is a good site too. I never tried it, but there is some cheap good stuff in it.

DHgate is more expensive because there really isn't minimum order and that's more of a third party type of thing. But it isn't bad for those just starting off.
