Hi Guys,

In January next year we are launching an A Class SEO Hosting service and wondered what you guys thought the price should be.

It'll be about 50-100 ip's to launch with and grow from there.

We have researched C Class hosting and it seems to be priced anywhere between $200 and $500

What do you think?

If you can handle heavy traffic I would easily pay $500 per month for 100 IP's

Sorry, what IS the difference between A B and C class hosting? All I know is that I have C class hosting for my network :)

An ip address is made up like this aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd

C Class means the 3rd part changes, but the sites could still be on the same server, A Class means they are on different servers and different locations

What sort of bandwidth would you need per ip?

average is 25gb but I usually set it at 40gb.

January will probably be to late though as a guy on here called Portalweb assures me that he can manage my sites at half the price that i'm paying now.

aseohosting.com have annoyed me by saying that they are unwilling to increase there IP's by 10 each month. Next month I will need 110 IP's but I will have to pay for 125 IP's and for that reason I will leave them.

Thanks for that, they are crazy, hopefully Portalweb will do better

We plan to price our service at $3.5 per ip, which should be competitive.

I have subbed to this thread. Please update it when you are planing to open the service in case I forgot (Kinda busy now n days:)).

Did you ever get going on this? I can refer our customers, your way, that are looking for more A classes.

That's a common misconception among SEOs*, but it serves it's purpose: the more diverse are two IPs, the more likely they are further apart geographically (good thing if you're building a PBN).

* Technically, C class are all IP addresses from 192.0.1.1 to 223.255.254.254.
