Im using the graphene theme for my amazon review website. Its my first money making site and im ranking first page for 2 keywords getting about 100 hits a day. The problem is my bounce rate. Im hitting about 65% on average. Im using the graphene template. Is there any suggestions on better templates for amazon review sites?

What's wrong with a 65% bounce rate? Most of mine are between 70 and 80 but it doesn't stop me from making money or from ranking. It just means the searcher found what they were looking for and clicked on it.

After that post I ran the figures and found out I was getting about 35% click thru and about a 15% purchase rate. I guess bye averages ive been reading im not doing to badly. I'm a bit of the OCD type I want every last cent out of my visitors.

And what's wrong with my 65% is that my page isn't a static page, it's a blog format. So if my bounce is 65% on first page then I'm losing 65 out of 100 customers. I've thought about doing a static layout, but the pages look horrible un inviting. Also imo its easier to stitch a few more related kws togethor in the site and pick up more sales.

I understand that I don't want them to stay around forever but I want them to read the sales pitch. I'll try the layout change and see if that helps my profits. No offense to you I'm glad your making money but if your making money, just think about how much more you could be if you had more hang around... IMO of course..
