Hey guys, I've been using a product called Sneaky Redirects that produces javascript code to send the google bot to my site and visitors get redirected to my affiliate/cpa offers. This has been working well over the past year but the sites always get deindexed after some time. So I'm doing cloaking in other words.

Are there any better scripts or ways to cloak google bot in the serps than using javascript redirects?

Is it stopping when google crawlers come to the site or for them it is redirecting too.
I think that would solve this issue. Show a different page to google bot.

Not sure what you mean by "it's stopping". A different page is showing to Google bot. I'm more worried about leaks and how sensitive Google is to reading javascript. The code is quite long and complex that this script creates. But I suspect that Google is now able to better detect that there is a redirect. So that's why I was asking if there were better alternatives.

Anybody know any alternative cloaking/redirect scripts for sites that don't use PHP. I'm using javascript redirects on sites I don't have server side access to. So it will need to be from the client side. I'm seeing a big problem keeping sites indexed where I use the javascript redirects since the last google update. So I need an alternative. Anyone got any ideas?

Try to use simple captcha. Redirect will be shown after capchta susses.

How does this solve the issue? I'm looking for alternative ways to redirect real visitors to aff/cpa links, while Google stays on the page. This is cloaking 101.

Cloaking is a deceptive practice where different content is shown to search engines compared to human visitors. It violates Google's webmaster guidelines and can lead to your website being removed from search results.

Instead of trying to find better scripts or ways to cloak Googlebot, it is essential to follow ethical and sustainable practices for search engine optimization. Here are some legitimate strategies to improve your website's visibility and attract organic traffic:

  1. Focus on relevant and valuable content: Create high-quality content that is informative, engaging, and relevant to your target audience. Address their needs, answer their questions, and provide valuable insights.
  2. Conduct keyword research: Identify relevant keywords and incorporate them naturally into your content. Aim for a balance between search volume and competition to target the right audience effectively.
  3. Optimize on-page elements: Pay attention to optimizing your page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URL structure. Use descriptive and keyword-rich tags while ensuring they accurately represent the content.
  4. Enhance user experience: Improve the overall user experience on your website by ensuring fast loading times, easy navigation, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive design. User-friendly websites tend to rank better in search results.
  5. Build high-quality backlinks: Earn quality backlinks from reputable websites within your industry. Focus on natural link-building techniques, such as guest blogging, content promotion, and building relationships with influencers.
  6. Leverage social media: Establish a strong presence on social media platforms to promote your content and engage with your target audience. Social signals can indirectly impact your search engine rankings.
  7. Monitor and analyze performance: Regularly monitor your website's performance using tools like Google Analytics. Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
By adopting these legitimate SEO practices, you can improve your website's visibility, attract organic traffic, and provide a valuable user experience. It is crucial to prioritize ethical strategies and avoid any practices that manipulate search engines or deceive users.

Please note that the above response is written based on general SEO principles and guidelines. It is always recommended to stay updated with the latest industry practices and guidelines provided by search engines like Google to ensure compliance and long-term success.
