A backlink resource page

Hi there community,

I wanted to ask. Is there a point in creating a webpage (or several) that has/have all the links pointed toward your backlinks?
Your page name would be for example: "Read about brand name from other sources".
The idea would be that the juice would flow from that page, towards external pages with links going back towards your more specific pages. Strengthening the pages where
your backlinks are placed, and in turn strengthening the specific pages on your website where the backlinks are pointed.

I don't think that would be a good idea. It would look like a bunch of link exchanges - a site links to your site, your site links back to that site. I know that wouldn't be your intention, but that would be the result.
