I am an 19 year old man from Estonia, who recently founded his first very own startup after having been involved in quite numerous startups before as a web designer/developer. Having had 7 years of experience as a designer and 5 years of front-end/wordpress development experience, I finally decided to step up my game. Almost forgot to mention that I have also been an affiliate marketer and done a lot of SEO optimizing.

    My Motivation
Since I have always had people, who love me and people I love, I have grown to be a very materialistic person. I have always been very focused on making money and for some reason my parents have always expected me to bring in money rather than take it out from the family. I have never had the latest gadgets nor the fanciest items, even though I have always had the wish.
    My Startup
My startup is about offering all-inclusive web solutions within 24h after payment. Web solutions offered: landing pages, websites and eshops. Solutions include a template based wordpress website with added content, all kinds of customizations, free updates and SEO optimization. In addition to fixed payment method, I offer monthly payment solution that includes hosting and monthly SEO.
    My Goal
My goal is to help fellow affiliate marketers and web developers earn via a system I build. I will offer an affiliate program for marketers and a sort of system for freelancers around the world to fill in the orders I provide them. And earn a healthy income during this fun journey. Goal income is ?10 of profit per hour 24/365, which makes ?7300 per month.
    To-Do List Rough version
    1. [*=left]Finish the templates selection for clients [*=left]Confirm the prices of services [*=left]Integrate an affiliate manager (most likely 9seeds WP Affiliate Manager) [*=left]Find interested freelancers to complete 2-3 h job for $100-$150 [*=left]Promote affiliate program [*=left]Work Work Work
    Target date June 1, 2014

More to-do-s are probably going to come up during the working period. In this thread I am going to keep you updated on the progress and let you know how I am doing and perhaps offer the possibility to join in on the affiliate program for those interested. Main benefit for me from this thread is to keep myself motivated and to build an above average affiliate program.

Right now I have question for all the affiliate marketers around here. Would you rather be selling websites for $550 and earning $110(20%) per sale or selling websites for $1350 and earning $270(20%) per sale?

I guess in this instance quantity over quality, it would be easier to sell $550's worth than $1350

Thanks for the support! I will do my best to keep you updated!

    Progress
So far I have decided on 8 templates that I will surely offer and I will add at least 20 in the weekend. It is not as easy as it might sound due to the fact that I need to make screenshots that consist of at least 2 print screens, which need to be photoshopped together and I need to save 2 variations for both fixed and monthly payment plans. Today I bought the 9seeds Wordpress Affiliate Manager and I must admit it did not meet my expectations due to some weird requirements like double registration, first as general user and then as an affiliate, the weird displaying of creatives and the overall lack of designer's hand. I am going to try to make it work anyways, because the overall functions are satisfying.
If there is anyone out there ready to sell web solutions, you are more than welcome to join my affiliate network for a 20% commission. Once I am completely finished polishing the affiliate panel's looks I am going to publish on Warrior forum and get some international workers for a good price, perhaps Digital point forums for that...

    First customer
Haven't had time to update for a while, but I signed a contract at the start of January that banks in ?1500 profit, but the project has not really gone as smooth as I expected it to. So far I have only been able to fill 30% of the contract since the customer is just not providing me with the content, so we cannot close the content stage, which is another 30%, and SEO stage, which is 40%. Hope to finish it by March.
    Plans for February
Already got some customer interviews waiting at the start of the week that should bank in an extra ?1300 profit in February. Also planning a JV program as a side income with a fellow BHW-er. Finishing a new landing page for my local site that will surely get some attention on me, so I could start with some media attention, since I have done some major modifications to my SEO service, which will probably be a kick-ass B2B service.
    Goals for February
    1. Finish my landing page
    2. Seal deals with potential customers
    3. Get some media attention
    Profit to date ?450
