    hey,

99% of you are doing the first step wrong in autoblogging, mucking up step 1 will ruin your autoblog, you will make no money, traffic or anything.

    What is the 1% doing?

Simple it's the keyword research, I use google keyword research tool as it's simple and easy to use.

Alright here's how I did my first batch of 30 autoblogs wrong, what I did was on the keyword research tool I was looking for the keywords with highish searches and low competitors. I'm sure this is what many people are doing but this is WRONG!

The competitive bar is for CPC NOT SEO! So you've got to find the highly competitive ones, the ones that pay $5 even $8 per click. Once you've find the competitive ones make sure they have high searches, 5k/month and above, some can be 10k.

Next you've got to get 5 keywords in a similar niche and type them into google search tools. See the competitors, and try get it under 2 million.

I've found some, where people will pay $7 PER CLICK, get 12k+ searches a month and ONLY 120k competitors! I WAS GOING NUTS! I managed to get onto the front page of a keyword that have 7 million competitors, which only has 3k searches a month for the first set of autoblogs, these people paying $0.50 per click. This is only 100k! $7 a click and 12k searches a month JUST ON GOOGLE.

So make sure you do this first! Get good keywords, find the diamond in the rough. Alright once you've got 5 keywords, type that keyword or similar ones, (Very similar like if your main is arm stretching, get wrist stretching, finger stretching, etc.) MAKE SURE THEY ARE LIKE THE ABOVE ALSO, TRY GET UNDER 1 MILLION COMPETITORS FOR THE SUB DOMAINS LIKE THE ABOVE (IF YOUR BLOGFARMING).

Hope this helps everyone, if you need any help PM me, I'll be happy to help, it's my birthday and all today and so I feel like I need to share. Or for 6 more minutes any ways :D

If you enjoyed it please give thanks :D :D :D

Are you saying that using highly competetive keywords not increases earnings, but actually increases traffic? If so, how/why please?

Sorry, I don't understand this part. Only 100k what exactly?

ok I'll show you an example.

Alright you click the approx search volumes to get the ones with the most searches a month and copy each keyword into google. then it will display the competitors. Lower the better obviously, and the high seared ones get a full green pay and may pay $6 per click for position 1-3 on adwords.

    Ok now for a demo:

I've taken the example of the casino roulette wheels. From the top of my head.

I've found one with quite 773,000 competitors:
    gambling roulette 1 - 3 $3.57 27,100 14,800

So 27k searches a month and just 773,000 competitors. If you go to this page the other competitors are useless, and don't have too much relevance to gambling roulette. So you'd get like gambling-routine.info as the domain and get like 5 other sub domains using the same idea.

So don't rule out the highly searched keywords as no one is competiting for them.

I'll find a great one soon and send it to you.

    ok guys, found a beauty:
organizer purse, paying $4.13 per click for top position (make $2.05 per click), 60,500 searches a month and best of all: JUST 131,000 COMPETITORS!

Compare this to others like: discount designer purses, 60 MILLION competitors, just 2,900 searches a month

    Thanks!

fyi: you can't take the top paying keyword and say that is what you are going to get in revenue on your autoblog per click. those top paying ads are going to go onto established trustworthy sites.

You are looking at broad search traffic value. Exact match for "organizer purse" would return just 3600 searches per month, which isnt any hit in comapre with 34k sites having that exact phrase.

Thanks ramikazi for actually giving a real world example. I am using blogslammer server edition to make several blog farms. Your eadvise in nich selection is agood reminder of how to do things. I do use keyword elite also in selection of niches. It shows numberof searches and competition for a keyword as well as keyword suggestion.

Thank you. I'm still trying to figure out all these numbers. It gets confusing when I try to find a good keyword with only a small number of competitors.

You really told the whole story with one line in your post:
Is your autoblog going to be in the top position? The chances of that are slim to none and slim has just left town.

    Go here:
    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Enter your keyword and the captcha

Then in the drop down (the one on the right side), click on "Show Estimated Avg. CPC" It will add a new column to the results.

    Make sense?

um, basically I'm saying that's how much your banner ads will be, as google will find the ads simlar to your site, so if your site is on the keyword that is paying a lot then go for that one. As the CPC ads on YOUR autoblog will pay a lot when clicked. Also it shouldn't be too hard hitting the top page with these keywords.

    thanks

true, but still you would be paid more from the middle paying ads for this keyword (say $2 cpc) rather than keywords that are like $0.5 CPC for top position so $0.20 CPC for the middle positions).

    thanks

True, but you'll have a better chance for ranking for a keyword with 100k competitors than one with 7 million competitors correct?

Also if you are doing 30 autoblogs, chances are some of these autoblogs will do well for their keyword and will bring the green.

Organizer purse says purse organizer has 60,500 searches a month. And if there are 280k competitors wouldn't it be easier to rank for than one with 7 million competitors. Plus all these competitors are just vague, and none are really about "Organizer Purse". So competiting for it wouldn't be too hard. As autoblogs are exact

    thanks

I myself prefer not to do this kind of tiring research
    why?
ping my posts every 2 hours and networking promote each post each day will be better. than Search engine traffic. Remember autoblog will ruin google search results if u rank too high and get noticed.
i would choose to be at the back but the front know my blog

I just pick any keyword I want

As long as you promote right, you will be fine. I like to geo target my autoblogs so that they are top 3 all the time
