Hey there, how are you doing?

Recently, I was searching for niche keywords and I found a domain available keyword.net and was available. Has 90k+ exact searches, and near no competition.

The niche is pretty hot (movies, shows).

    Tell me your opinions.

If you do proper SEO, autoblogs, Links... you can receive tremendous traffic and monetize them through adsense or smth else.

    All the best

I am thinking $$$$, because I know that you can make hundreds of thousand from it :)

It isn't so easy to make hundreds of thousands of dollars as you may believe. If it was so easy, why wont you do it yourself? The domain name is probably only worth $50 - $100 as the majority of resale domain names go for.

You are trying to sell to us here, and please don't pretend that you are not. You have been here long enough to know you are not allowed to try to sell anything outside of the proper sections, and this is not one of them. If you just want a "valuation" why don't you visit a forum dedicated to domain names instead?

This is really not an appropriate thread, and I assume it will be closed soon.

I totaly agree , this forum is strong and awesome because many people here are giving something to the community , they do that , because they appreciate what this forum gave them in the past , I don't like people who wants only to take and to gain . Nobody is gonna give you any advices for free if they know that you want to use them.

    You guys are right! :)

I did not buy the domain, but I am planning to so no worry I am not trying to sell anything to anyone just trying to find whats the worth of it.

I cant develop it myself, because I dont have time and money to do so.
    Take care

How do you define "near no competition"?

I have a hard time to believe that such a niche, should be easy to get into top 3 without a lot of hard SEO work!

Try to find out if the keyword is not a trademark. You may visit the .com and .org version of the domain to know who operates with them.

It means that the keyword is protected for exclusive use of the company who owns the trademark. Even if you register the domain, you may wake up one day with a letter from the attorney instructing you to stop using the domain or face legal action. Some companies buy the domain name from you just to end the whole thing in a friendly manner.

Basically if you have the word or phrase in your website (which you'll have to so you can target the keyphrase) you'll get sued by the person who owns the trademark.

if there is no competition, make a normal blog, don't do blackhat SEO or autoblog techniques, that way you get indexed very fast and natural, (google likes natural things like my d1ck).

Well, its not a trade mark and has 90K+ unique searches.
Yeah, you are right I can buy the domain and work upon it as I did with my other websites but now is not the right time.

Near no competition, means that the domains fighting for that keyword do not have in the body of the domain that keyword. If I do some hard SEO, or buy services here to do it for me than I would make a fortune :), still its not the right moment now.

What I will do, is buy the domain for at least 5-years and develop it after 2-4 weeks.

@IamNRE. Can you explain to me, how you make $400/day? I might be interested to talk with you :)
