90,000 Monthly Searches, 4 SOC?! :D

I found a term that is:
4 words, Exact 90500 global monthly searches, and a SOC of 4 in micro niche finder. Inurl less than 100. What is this worth?

dude just build a site with it, once you rank then flip it I made a site with 12k exact search and once I ranked there sold for 4k

lol don't do this - keep it to yourself

i would definitely do an adsense test on it beforehand just to make sure

check it again with market samauri or something else. The SOC is notoriously inaccurate and needs to be double verified

look at the top 10 sites first. check their pr, age, backlinks, link qualities, and that stuff.

don't worry everybody has been there. You'll master all of that soon. Read some more on this forum or on google.

don't rely on SOC of MNF man. that's so inaccurate. I find sites that are easy to rank and yet have a red mark in SOC!

This is very true.

check it by hand/ by your browser...

When you find something like that, do a search in google and manually check the backlinks, age, titles, PR, etc... of the top 10 results before you get too excited

What is the exact search? That number could decrease to 1k which would make the 4SOC seem pretty accurate. I never use the global numbers or broad search count.

Double check with MS for "actual" competition strength n insight. Also is that a niche u can monetize easily? if so then ur in the money....

Use adword tool to find out the cost per click for that keyword. It should give you a good idea about the expected revenue. I have seen that some of the keywords which have good demand and low competition have very low value.

Get SEO Quake and go manually evaluate if it is easy to rank. Best option ever

Yesterday I bought a domain simular to "short-skirts.net". (my words has 250k monthly searches) and is garment.

Could that be worth anything you guys think?
