1. For this, Cloud hosting is the best.
2. We really can't guarantee this. Why? Because we don't own the data centers. We just have colocated our servers in third-party's facilities. In most countries, the agencies can send notices to the DC and freeze the servers without even us knowing. In such a case, we can't guarantee that research that is soo deep will have a trouble-free hosting service unless it is entirely legal or backed by powerful people. It is not that we have a bias, but it is something that's beyond our control.
3. I will suggest Dedicated Server for that volume, but if the content is related to 2nd point, I don't think we can cater it without issues.

I wonder how could cold-emails be compliant with CANSPAM because the act clearly mentioned that you cannot email without permission. And cold emails are cold because they are not sent with the required permissions from recipients.
On Cloud hosting, you can have unlimited mailboxes with each 10GB storage separately. There is no limit on number of boxes per domain, but please be noted that you have to adhere by our ToS. You can use these emails for your own company's and personal usage. You cannot sell or offer these email boxes for free to third parties.

None. It simply uses the in-house CDN that you get free with Cloud hosting. It uses a pre-installed WordPress caching plugin, which connects with in-house CDN. This caching plugin also comes with Cloud hosting by default, with all WordPress installations done through 1 click installer. BTW, the website uses Elementor and four other Elementor Addon Packs, plus multiple other premium plugins for SEO, Usability, Backups, etc.,
