Xrummer, GSASER, GSA Ranker are packages from companies that will drain your wallet. They play in circles. Going around with the white SEO game, while what we are fighting is a machine. Against the machine why do we have to be manual?
If you want to send traffic up to millions, we need a super VPS with adequate bots. Just set tier 1 and tier 2,3,4 (if you have one) in our bot referrer box (diabolic has one, inmillion website traffic doesn't have one) or create a script with python.

Not a rocket science that's a lot of traffic from keywords with informational search intent or trending topics. I guess lots of informational longtail and PAA topics ranking in the top spots.
 
Traffic from India is low-quality traffic. I think that it is quite difficult to monetize it highly.

Seems like a doorway page with a cloaked redirect to CPA offers. Just a churn-and-burn project. As for indexing the links? Here's a clue: abuse Google News.
