I bought new domain yesterday, completely unused, and set up WP on it. I wrote couple of articles, and submitted the blog to local "top blogs" type of listing. Now I checked Ahrefs, and apparently I got caught on "latest posts" roll and got 86 backlinks from the said site. Now I'm obviously a bit scared that I'll get hit by this somehow, but is my fear for nothing?

if you have new website then try to get 100 backlinks weekly. 100 backlinks weekly for new website is good enough.

Try and maintain the same number of backlinks the next couple of days with a bit of variations and then slowly bring it down. But i don't thing they'll be any problem.

    Good to hear, thanks.

The site/niche has practically no competition, so I doubt that I need to squeeze out 100 links a week - it's also aimed for a relatively small country.
