    RIAA is only going after huge downloaders and the uploaders who leak shit early. 99% of us are safe. Educate yourself, and you'll be fine. PeerGuardian, seedboxes etc.

    ThePirateBay has been throwing false IP's into their trackers for many months now, so in court if you got a good lawyer that point alone would be stone solid.

    This is probably going to sound a bit thick but, I do the odd bit of downloading from various torrent sites, what are the best tools to use??

    I would be uploading empty "new" (releases) files with instructions how to get the file by signing up to a CPA offer...or would that get deleted? :D
