    more people are realizing not to click ads and realizing there just crappy ads
    i never click ads..

    Well, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, all it means is IM will continue to evolve to look more attractive to internet users (to click, buy, view, etc). What existed 5 years ago with IM might not work now, and this is what we are looking at right here.

    Less people clicking on ads means less $$$ being spent on advertizing. Google might have to stop trying to buy all the intellectual property in the world.

    Google and other sites like facebook make a killing and most of their profit from these ads. They will just re-design how the ads look and are shown to the searcher.

    I think over the next 3 years we will be seeing a major change in how we advertise things.

    Ditto on that, it may be a good thing....google is freaking me out, they are like a scary sci fi novel
