i dont know its true or not
    just get this while surfing

"Anonymos:-Recently, while surfing the net, I had read about "Security Slackers Risk Internet Blackout on March 8"

If feds pull down temporary network as planned, machines infected with DNSChanger Trojan won't be able to access the Web.

Companies and home users whose computers or routers are infected by the DNSChanger Trojan risk being unable to access the Web come March 8, 2012. That could represent a substantial number of users, too, as half of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies are infected with the malware, according to a new report.

Is it true? Please advise, because I am very worried about such kind of blackout"

from what's seems to be done legitimate traffic will not be affected , only infected machines :) actually the '' internet '' it's bit impossible to be disconnected per se ... they can take off some dns servers it's true , actually any internet service provider can do this on their end ... but that's not means '' internet network is down '' it's means only this networks are cut down from routing .
