I do not know what css is, I am using Xsite pro... Will this work for me

Submitted to about 70 of those sites. It took me about 5 hours. They are all ranking from 2 to 5, which is higher than my site. Lets see weather this will improve my SEO or add to traffic. Will report back in about a week.
 
I don't get it. Do you link to them like just put a text link to them or do you make a post on their website?
