Okay so right now I am getting 70 - 100 opt-in's a day from one youtube video of people who are interested in the software niche. I will also be making another video soon that will have close results so it would be about 140 - 200 opt in a day.

My question is how much of those emails should I collect before I start promoting anything to them. Should I just keep making more videos until I am getting about 1000 opt ins and day and wait until at least they've reached 20k.

    Suggestions much appreciated.

Um.. just to balance on what the two guys above say.. you've still got to plan your email marketing campaign and have to forecast what your costs are going to be. Emailing large numbers of subscribers is not going to be free as you can imagine, so you better make sure you have a big enough list guarantee enough conversions to cover your costs and ofc make a profit.

However, this is just making a point for the sake of it, and if you have a couple of thousands of targeted subscribers (targeted being the key word here), then you have a pretty decent chance of getting at least a handful of conversions..

Strike while the iron is hot .. if you haven't emailed them yet, email them SOMETHING to keep the relationship going .. doesn't need to be a sales email.

You have a really good point here. But until I have this "list of thousands" do you suggest that I shoud start to build up a relationship with my small list first.

This list is targeted for the software niche since I am getting those opt ins with a free software giveaway but right now I have no idea as of what is the best offer to send them.
