hi all . i can invest upto $70 per month for link building for a movie streaming website . but i don't know can i do this . please answer my questions :

1. where can i buy tier1 links [ put link / bhw ]
2. where can i buy tier2,tier3 links [ put link / bhw ]
3. how to use social medias to drive traffic
4. is it good to buy low compt kw then work on them?

yes but i don't know which is tier1 or tier2 ...

May be better to invest in something else and do the linkbuilding yourself. 70$/Mo Linkbuilding budget won't get you far...
