1.- Forget about interest targeting, its not neccesary and broad works so much better
2.- So how the algo can know who your client is? you target with the copy. Speak to your ideal client and make sure only those people will click on it (particularly first lines) that way FB will optimize way better
3.- Retarget is dead, at least the traditional way of doing it. You only use retarget to upsell current customers with another(more expensive) offer. Facebook already do the traditional retargeting for you.
4.- Ads that dont seem ads. Hook prospect with a scroll stopping image then sell the click with a killer copy.
5.- No traffic campaigns, only conversion. (as long as you want sales)
6.- Use different ads to target different segments of your audience. For example lets say you sell pet products, you make one ad for dog owners and another one for cat owners. That's the new targeting.
7.- Don't relay on only one ad. Theres no thing as a winning ad, many ads should work together so when you win the auction, Facebook have many options to show the perfect ad to that person.
