7-Day Ban on Accsmarket – Has Anyone Else Experienced This? What Happens to Funds?

Hey everyone,

I just got hit with a 7-day ban on Accsmarket, and I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. I’m pretty new to the platform, and honestly, I have no idea what I did wrong. Has anyone else dealt with this recently?

Are you selling or buying there?
I bought few facebook accounts that don't work.
Lot of tickets against you if you are a seller could be the reason.

Mine was a ban for doing nothing, I just logged in to do my normal purchases and was banned, whats weirder is customer service won’t even reply let alone tell me why i was banned for over 2weeks despite repeated messages. Made another account, texted them about an unrelated issue and they replied instantly, the minute they knew it was me they continued ghosting, I think there no rules to this, they’ll just feel like seizing your balance and you can’t do anything about it.

Were you the seller or the buyer?
 
I put 20$ dollars in the account and when I returned later I found my account blocked
 
Hello , You need to provide more details for us to help you. Which platform are you new to? Here or accs? This is the first time I've heard that regular members are banned. Did you insult the management?

Nahh i was banned too for nothing literally, put money in, bought a few accounts, returned later to buy more and received the account blocked notification. You don’t need to do anything rn to get your account blocked. Maybe It’s like a way to raise money for them or something.

I deposited $55 there and got banned just like you. I then contacted support and was able to get my account reopened.
