It's time to start building out more sites while my others age like a fine wine, but I need some advice.

Everywhere I read now, people say you need 6K + exact searches a month to make it worth it, but even searches like Divorce Lawyer are like 8,100 (according to Google). So if divorce lawyer, which is a popular term, at least here in the states, is only 8,100 exact a month, where the hell are you guys finding untapped markets with 6K+ searches a month that you can buy a domain with the exact keyword?

Not to say you can't make money with less than 6K. I know personally you can.

Thanks. I will give this a try later. Sounds pretty simple and easy, just the way I like it.

What's your take on .CO domains?

1&1 is running a special for $9.99/first year on these.

I was thinking about registering all the ones available in .co if .net or .com are taken.

I don't see any .co domains raking in SERPs so far...may be I'm wrong, but why not? you can give it a try. Start with one .co domain if it ranks well, we can choose domains in this order .com --> .net --> .org --> .co LOL

Yep I have seen many Domains (.co) in serps that are Actually bought for Seo

Most of the domain retailers bought most of the .co domains like internet makemoney online .co etc etc

if you kindly take a look at auction/market place of such site which sells .co domains you can find tons of them

its pure profit, so they sell them @ 150 120 $ etc etc

Most keyword rich .co are bought by these Dr's

Yes, I do see .co domain sale in many domain auction sites, but seriously never came across any .co domains in G first page LOL. The reason why I'm not giving more importance to them is because most of the time I end up keywords with EMD available. If no EMD I simply move on, but there are exceptions. If the keywords are really profitable and easy to rank, I add them to my database as you know EMD only plays a minor role in SERP ranking.

After more than 25 niche sites i only pick domains with 10k + searches and 5+ publishers..

Less than this it will not compensate the effort to rank the content etc..

Let's say today you wanted to build another site.

How long does it usually take you to find a domain available with exact keyword that has 10K+ exact searches?

Also, is there a CPC you look for?

By the way, GoDaddy (even though I know there are a lot of GoDaddy Haters out there) has 75% of .CO registrations using code: superco

    also works for .com's.
