is there anyone available for support? its been 8-10 hours since my site is down and no one seems to be replying to my tickets. Can you please have this checked?

Hello, we apologize for the delay all tickets are answered in the order they are received. We were a little backed up from our huge black friday sale. Please PM me your ticket # and I will see to it that it is taken care of. We do not have any tickets in the queue that are over 8 hours at this time. Also, you are more than welcome to PM me personally anytime you feel our support is not living up to your expectations. Since you continue to post publicly in our sales thread instead of following our support proceedures I feel I need to point out that your downtime was not an issue with our service, it was an issue with your nameservers not being set correctly at the registrar. Which one of our agents had to login to your namecheap account to fix after sending you instructions over and over.

Please stop posting in the sales thread.

I just payed my next due payment ! Service was good for my first month. There support is also very approachable. I havent got any downtimes on my website yet. The only problem i encountered was OP didnt pm me back when i commented "pm me" on the 5th page :( all is well though. Thanks !
 
I just paid for the service today and it is exactly as advertised and more. The customer service was too eager to help and update me as my host was created and my websites to the new host.

So far, everything works perfectly and I have absolutely no reason to complain

I will come back to update about the speed and other experience but for now, I am a satisfied customer
 
Hi, if I'm trying to register for the medium package from the link: "Medium $4.20/month $35 a year!*3 Years for $87.48!" something is going wrong, i filed all the required details, after clicking on "place order" the page get duplicated, its showing 2 times the registration form the first one is empty but the second one under is filed out from before but there is no error message whats can be wrong, but anyway Im alredy register from the link in the menu bar, and after i make the paymant so its fine. if interested about the issue here is th ss:

Sorry I must have missed this notification on the thread. Were you able to get this resolved? Please PM me if not, our development team has been doing some work on the back end and might have caused this issue.
 
Do your servers support the following specs for a couple of scripts:

  • PHP >= 5.4
  • MCrypt PHP Extension
  • PDO Extension (enabled by default)
  • php_fileinfo Extension (enabled by default)
  • MySQL, Postgres, SQLite or SQL Database Server.
and

  • PHP>= 5.5.9
  • mod_rewrite module enabled
  • openssl or mcrypt extension
  • intl extension
  • curl extension
  • dom extension
  • MySQL 5.1.10 or greater
Please let me know via PM or this thread....Thanks!
 
oops. one more set of requirements....can you verify you can enable/support all of the above plus these:

  1. PHP >= 5.5.9
  2. PDO PHP Extension
  3. OpenSSL PHP Extension
  4. Mbstring PHP Extension
  5. Tokenizer PHP Extension
  6. GD PHP Extension
  7. Fileinfo PHP Extension
  8. Zip PHP Extension
 
Yes those are all compatible with our shared offer. We use MySQL we do not use any other DB services besides MySQL.

I sent a PM but figured I would ask here in case it helped others as well:

I would like to setup and account because you answered my questions that your meet the requirements of a couple of php scripts that my sites run on.
I have a couple of sites, so I want to make sure that the "large" hosting account that comes with cpanel is a multi domain or reseller account where I can run several domains ect...

Also, I did not see a place to input the BHW coupon code, is that integrated now or am I missing something. I was going to buy the BLACK FRIDAY LINK you posted in here or similar best deal.

Hello,

We do not do reseller plans, however you can add as many domains as addon domains in the large account. They will not get their own cpanel however. If you need then to have their own cPanel, I recommend getting a VPS with WHM.

You have to click "Continue(I have my own domain), Register, or Transfer" on the domain field first. The promo box will then be at the bottom.
 
as addon domains, are they subdomains or will their .com addresses work, just as if they had their own cpanel account on the server...?

I will look into the VPS, I assume those are the ones on the same page and offer...Thanks. Do those meed the same requirements I needed with the shared for my php scripts?

Hello, They will have subdomains but that is just how cpanel works it has no effect on the main domain its just a place holder.
The other domains will work the same, but just be under the same cpanel. For example if your main domain is a.com and you add d.com there will be d.a.com subdomain created (not crawled, not even visible to anyone but the server admin). You would manage a.com and d.com under the same cpanel. Email, ftp, etc. etc. With the same login.

Yes all of the features listed above will be available on a VPS. However, please take into account that our VPS prices are without cPanel. cPanel/WHM licenses are $16.99 from us or you can buy the license from another provider and we'll install it. We just pass the cost along for the license as it is such a good product for vps/dedi.
