A location does not really give me enough information to tell if a shared server solution would work for you. If you're already on a shared account somewhere else then yes it should be just fine.
Domain transfers are fairly simple.

Fully managed here means if i ask you to install particular modules or plugins , you will install it for me ?
because my existing providers claimed the same but when i asked them to install some module for me they started asking for extra fee.
this is why im leaving them
